Check in time is 3:00 pm; check out time is 12:00 noon.

Please provide your flight information prior to arrival so that we are able to anticipate your hotel arrival time. With this information, we will do our best to accommodate you upon your arrival, however if we are not able to provide an early check in or late check out, we do have our complimentary hospitality suite, located on the eighth floor with our business center.

There is no additional charge for one child 17 years old and under when utilizing the existing bedding. Cribs are offered on a complimentary basis.

• Room rates are based on single or double occupancy.
• The maximum occupancy per guest room is four people, using the existing bedding.
• Occupancy combinations can be:
  o Two adults and two children
  o Three adults and one child
  o One adult and three children
• At least one adult is required to stay in any guest room where children under 18 years are present.
• For guests 18 years and older, an additional person charge of $95.00 per night, plus applicable taxes, will be incurred. No extra bedding will be provided. There is no additional charge for children under 18 years.
• A maximum of one infant crib may be added to the room reservation at no charge, at the hotel’s discretion.

Halepuna is dedicated to maintaining a smoke-free and flame-free environment. Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited in all guest rooms and guest room lanais and is only permitted in the designated smoking area (located to the right after exiting the main entrance on the valet side). All other areas of the hotel are prohibited by Hawaii State Law.

Please note:  A cleaning fee will be applied if smoking is detected:  minimum $250 per guest room.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

To guarantee reservations, a credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking the reservation.
Cancellations received within 72 hours or non-arriving guests will be assessed a one-night’s room charge with applicable taxes. May vary according to the season.

Suite Deposit/Cancellation:
A credit card guarantee is required at time of booking and will be assessed one-night’s room charge with applicable tax 30 days prior to arrival. Full non-refundable prepayment of room rate and applicable tax is subsequently required 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will be assessed a one-night’s room charge. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival are subject to full cancel charge of room rate and applicable tax. May vary according to the season.

In addition, for hire shared airport shuttle service and taxis, along with public and private transportation, are available from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL).

Wi-Fi is complimentary at Halepuna. When you open a browser while on property on either your laptop or mobile phone, a window will appear with a button to click to allow your device to access the Wi-Fi connection.

All guestroom and suite rates are subject to the prevailing Hawaii State General Excise Tax at 4.712%, Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax at 10.25% and Oahu Transient Accommodations Tax at 3% (combined rate of 17.962%). Tax rates are subject to change without notice from the State of Hawaii and the City & County of Honolulu.

There are no resort fees at Halepuna Waikiki.

HST (Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time). Hawaii does not observe Daylight Savings Time.

Halepuna guests have exclusive access to the Halepuna pool. Halekulani’s pool is not available for Halepuna guest use.

Parking can be found in the Halekulani / Halepuna Waikiki parking lot, which is located on Kalia Road. It is for $50 self-park; $50 valet parking. Parking validation is provided for Halekulani Bakery customers for the first hour.
